While we will try our best to offer our services to a high standard, Academic Voice and its reviewers disclaim liability and responsibility for any grade, approval or acceptance for the work done.
2. We will ensure that website downtime is reduced to a minimum and take no responsibility for any delay in transmission of work due to technical failure not attributable to us.
3. All the completed work will be removed from our database after one month. Any query or follow-up work should be addressed to admin@academic-voice.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the work.
